Polar tube double

Intended for installations where you cannot dig frost-free.
Polar pipe is a complete frost-protected pipe system consisting of one or two standard pipes (one for water and one for sewage), self-limiting heating cable, layers of heat-reflecting aluminum, closed-cell heat-insulating foam and finally a durable polyethylene jacket. This design eliminates the need to dig or blast to frost-free depths; the pipe can be laid on the ground, or on snow and ice if desired, with minimal cover. The result is frost-proof water and wastewater with little or no impact on nature.

Polar Pipe® from Extena is developed for this type of environment and offers fast and frost-free water supply regardless of the season and soil conditions. The system consists of a water pipe (carrier pipe) with a self-limiting heating cable that prevents the water from freezing. This innovative design eliminates the requirement to get down to frost-free depths; the pipe can be laid on the ground or on snow and ice if desired.
