Here’s how the mini-treatment plant is set up

The tank is made of high quality 100% durable polyethylene. Homogeneously manufactured, without joints.
The Solido tank is very compact, strong and can withstand groundwater to the top of the tank. Has a 25-year warranty.
Max 1.5 meter soil layer on top of the tank.

Flat cover that can be driven over with the lawnmower.

Outside the treatment plant there is a compact control unit (20 x 12 cm) that is connected to the tank with a supplied 15 meter power cable (can be extended another 15 meters).

Both the tank and the system technology are very easy to install.

How does Solido work?

1. Treatment : For the incoming wastewater, oxygen is added directly throughout the tank. Disturbing odors are effectively prevented by complete aeration and form less sludge (compared to conventional pretreatment plants).

2. Clarification phase: After switching off the aeration, the settling phase follows, in which the bacteria/activated sludge settle to the bottom. It forms a clear water zone, where the treated wastewater is located.

3. Treated water: The treated wastewater is lifted by pressure (compressor) to a discharge point and by gravity flows to the receiving water. Every 12 hours a new treatment cycle starts.

4. All functions are powered by one compressor, minimizing maintenance costs.
