– Pressure sewers
Benefits and advantages
– Quick, safe and easy installation
– Coupling nut, grip and seal do not need to be removed when connecting pipes
– Pre-lubricated NBR sealing rings
– Optimum flow properties
– High grip force
– Long service life
Pressure class: PN16, Approval: ISO 17885
Compression fitting for PE and PEX pipes made of PP, clamping ring in POM, sealing ring in NBR.
Operating temperatures
The maximum operating temperature for couplings and valves is the same as for polyethylene pipes, about 45 degrees. They withstand freezing temperatures well.
Assembly instructions
- Remove the blue nut and slide it over the pipe
- Slide the white grip ring over the pipe and push it back from the pipe end
- Make sure that the cut end of the pipe is clean. A chamfer can be formed on the pipe with tools and this makes it easier to fit the coupling
- To facilitate installation, a silicone gel can be applied to the end of the pipe and the O-ring
- Push the tube inside the coupling. The pipe stops when it touches the O-ring
- Now press again and you will feel the pipe sliding over the O-ring. The pipe will slide beyond the O-ring by between 12 and 20 mm depending on the size of the coupling used
- Slide the white grip fitting up to the fitting
- Pull down the blue nut and tighten the coupling. Tighten the fitting by hand and now continue to tighten the blue nut with a few grips. Do not overtighten the coupling
