Biocube service contract

The service consists of checking and cleaning the functions and components of the treatment plant and refilling any treatment (flocculation) agent. Any replacement of mechanical parts and spare parts is done at the recommended intervals or if unforeseen damage should occur, which is then charged according to the prices applicable at the time and by mutual agreement.
The price for this service agreement is SEK 3500 incl. VAT per year.
Cleaning (flocculation) agents and any spare parts and, in some cases, travel expenses will be added according to current prices and by mutual agreement. The agreement involves one visit per year. Any additional visits can be made by separate agreement.
The plant is designed for a certain number of persons (PE), usually 5 persons per building/household, which can be exceeded, but only occasionally/on rare occasions, in order for the bioprocess to function fully.
The property owner is responsible for:
– The content of the wastewater; only biodegradable substances from baths, dishes and toilets. No chemicals, solvents, medicines or substances hazardous to the environment and health. No day/rainwater or water from swimming pools or outdoor pools, and that solid particles are not flushed down.
– that the required sludge emptying and any other requirements from the municipality and authorities are considered and carried out.
– that the treatment plant is in continuous operation (shutdown means that the bioprocess stops and there is a risk of freezing in winter)
– that any own measures at the treatment plant can be done after agreement with BioKube / service agent and must be documented in the plant’s journal.
– to communicate non-resettable alarms from the plant alarm unit to BioKube/service agent.
– that there are records of the operations carried out on the site.
– that there is good access and availability to the treatment plant and connected components for servicing.
General terms and conditions
Functional guarantee for service agreements The service company guarantees that the treatment plant will maintain treatment levels, calculated as an annual average, according to the values below for at least 20 years.
Component warranty BioKube provides a 2-year warranty on mechanical parts such as: inlet pump, air pump and dosing pump.
