Signing a contract with Kingspan BAGA means a range of benefits for you as a customer and property owner.

You can install BAGA’s customer app on your smart phone (iOS and Android) where you can view events at your facility, receive alarms, perform self-checks, view service protocols, read manuals, contact our support function and order consumables. This facilitates communication with the municipality.

All agreements mean that you as a customer also undertake certain tasks such as self-monitoring, see under self-monitoring below.

Service contracts by far the most popular choice! For those who do not want or have the opportunity to perform the annual service, which includes the replacement of wear parts. Flocculants are delivered free of charge at the time of service. The service agreement is the minimum level for the process guarantee to apply, the content of the support agreement is of course included.

Agreement for low-load holiday homes – for those who have the time, skills and interest to manage and take responsibility for everything themselves. You have access to Kingspan BAGA’s specialist expertise remotely. An app (IOS, Android) is included where you can easily see the status of your installation.

The agreement is only available for smaller Easy installations, 1-2 households.
