Description of the project
The set includes SQUEALER controller, MAX, OILER and SLUDO probe. The set is built on the basis of a modern microprocessor for continuous monitoring of the status of selected probes. The basic parameters of the controller are 3 inputs + 1 tamper input, 3 relay outputs, LEDs indicating normal state, fault status and alarm status, buzzer generating an alarm signal, alarm output, relay output, activated at the time of alarm.
SQUEALER-3
– 3 inputs (overflow, grease, grease layer thickness or oil level, sludge level)
– 3 outputs (potential-free relays) + additional input for monitoring the tank door
– 230V power supply, emergency power supply (battery)
– Hermetic enclosure used outdoors
– Dipswitch (programming with dipswitches)
– Visual and audible signals of problems and alarms on the front panel
– Sensors diagnostics (opening/short circuit)

– LED green color – probe is OK
– LED green color flashing – FAILURE
– LED red color – ALARM
– Short press on the round button – cancel acoustic alarm signal.
– Long press on OK button – device test (LED, BUZER and RELAY). Test only possible in normal state (without alarm).
