Novabo Squealer SET-001 (Slam)

Description of the project

The kit includes SQUEALER controller and SLUDGE probe. It is a modern microprocessor unit for continuous monitoring of the status of selected probes. The basic parameters of the controller are 1 input, 1 relay output, LEDs indicating normal state, fault status and alarm status, buzzer generating an alarm signal, alarm output, relay output, activated at the time of alarm.

– 1 input (spillage, grease layer thickness or oil level, sludge level)

SLUDO
(sludge probe, with 5m cable, ATEX, 4-20mA)
Detection of the sediment layer; ultrasonic technology; impulse measurement; non-corrosive material; operate in full liquid immersion; ATEX certified. Output signal 4-20mA.

Front panel description
– LED green – probe is OK
– LED lights alternately green and red – ALARM
– LED is alternately yellow and red – ERROR
– Short press – cancels acoustic alarm signal.
– Long press on the button – device test (LED, BUZER and RELAY). Test only possible in normal state (without alarm).
