Y-coupling for heating cable 25mm

Used for 25mm pem hose when laying the heating cable inside the hose.
Installation:
1. Make sure your Y-coupling is complete. (see detail list above).
2. Cut the pipe and remove any burrs.
3. Loosen the nut about a quarter turn. It is not necessary to remove the nut during assembly. If the nut is removed and
parts are taken out, it should be reassembled as shown above.
4. Slide the pipe into the bottom of the coupling.
5. Tighten the nut by hand to resistance, then with a spanner or wrench.
6. Do the same on the other side of the y-coupling.
Install the heating cable by doing the following:
1. Unscrew the pressure nut and remove the pressure washer and bushing.
2. Fit the pressure nut through the end cap followed by the pressure washer and bushing. Insert the cable through the y-branch in
the coupling housing to the desired length.
3. Press the bushing into the housing followed by the washer. Seal the thread of the thrust nut with thread tape or flax.
Tighten the nut by hand to resistance, then with a spanner or wrench. Tighten methodically to avoid breaking the electric cable.
4. Turn on the water and check for leaks; if there are leaks, turn off the water and fix the problem.
