Isiflo 100 Straight coupling 25×25

Isiflo brass couplings are smart as they can be used for different types of pipes and they can be joined well with other metal parts.

A big advantage over PRK couplings is that the nut is metal instead of plastic as PRK has and they can easily get the wrong thread or deformed nut.

Pipes that can be used
PE40, PE80, PE100 (PEM), PVC, Copper, Steel, PEX
PEM, PELD, PEHD, PVC and PEX

Can be used on PEX pipes, SDR17 pipes and gas in combination with Isiflo support sleeve type 181.

The couplings are approved for burial

Estimated technical lifetime without replacement: >50 years.
Warranty and conditions: 20 years against manufacturing defects.

Water (16 bar), air (10 bar), glycol and ethanol.
For gas Isiflo gas kits with NBR O-rings and Isiflo Supportliner should be used.
For gasoline or diesel yellow Isiflo NBR-O-rings should be used.

Assembly instructions Isiflo Brass

• Cut the pipe, remove any burrs,
• no chamfering of the pipe is needed.
• Loosen the nut (it is not necessary to disassemble the coupling)
• Mark the insertion depth and push the tube into the bottom of the coupling.
• Tighten the nut to the stop.

Important: Secure sealing is only achieved when the pipe has passed the O-ring and the nut is tightened to the stop (nut to housing)

ATTENTION! When using Isiflo on copper or steel pipes, the pipe should not bottom out in the coupling, but have about 3 mm left from the stop edge.
