Mounting plate for the ODEX 165 Leijon pump
234,60 €
Mounting on casing, inner diameter 170 mm, outer diameter 182 mm.
Mounted internally or externally over the casing (borehole pipe) whichever is most suitable.
Size
Inside diameter 170 mm
Outside diameter 182 mm
The mounting plate is available in three dimensions ODEX 115, ODEX 140 & ODEX 165
Normally, the plastic pipe is placed in the center of the mounting plate, see photo 1592.
When you want to make a combination system with a submersible pump, it is advisable to turn the mounting plate half a turn to create more space, see photo 1591
Then there are several things that affect this.
The size of the feed pipe, old feed pipes can be even smaller than ODEX 115.
If there is an ejector pump, two hoses go down the feed pipe, which can make it very crowded, (ejector pumps are not so common anymore).
The Leijon pump must sit directly on the feed pipe and any drill top where electricity and any PEM hose must go out through the feed pipe a little bit down.
Most often, the PEM hose goes out through the feed pipe via a single adapter about 1 meter down on the feed pipe.
What you have to do is to take a 2-3 meter 75 mm sewer pipe and check if you can get past the single adapter.
If this does not work, they can try with a 50mm as there is a smaller pump that you can switch to that fits, but then it will be half the pump flow as well.
It is VERY IMPORTANT to check that everything fits.
- Mounting plate For easy mounting of the pump.
- Welded or screwed in place.
- Connection to the pump in stainless steel.
- Base in untreated steel.
Tradition and quality since 1947
The Leijon pump is supplied with pipes and drawbars in 3-meter lengths, which together with the low weight, 14 kg, makes it easy for two people to transport and assemble the pump.
The Leijon pump pumps up water from a depth of up to 39 meters, which makes it an excellent addition to your existing pumping system and is mounted in the same borehole. This prevents you from being left without water in the event of a power cut. Besides the obvious benefit of safety, having a hand pump in the yard is both practical and pleasant.
The Leijon pump is developed to withstand severe cold, the design means that no water can stand and freeze, a common problem in the Nordic climate. This makes the pump frost-proof and usable all year round. You therefore do not have to worry about dismantling the pump during the winter months and it is virtually indestructible. This is also the solution for those with a summer cottage who usually turn off the water during the winter so that the pipes do not freeze. The Leijon pump gives you access to water all year round without the risk of frozen pipes.
The traditional hand pump from LEIJONS Pumpar AB is cast in aluminum and therefore cannot rust. Other parts consist of materials that also provide a superior lifetime, for example, the pump cylinder is made of brass and the tie rods are stainless steel.
The Leijon pump is of the highest quality down to the last detail – it lasts!
