Installation and operating instructions:
At first start-up, fill the pump body and suction pipe with water, then the pump itself will create a negative pressure to facilitate the suction of water from the source.

A non-return valve is required for the suction system to work properly. It prevents water from flowing back to the source after the pump has stopped working. The water left in the system allows the pump to start again without the need to refill the system with water.

The first start-up of the pump must be done with free flow of water from the system to pump out air particles from the suction system. For example, open valves or taps. If no more air comes out with the pumped water, the pressure switch can be adjusted.
