Need to pump super-hot water? No problem. Sanicom 1 is a bdt pump perfect for the toughest gray water applications in commercial spaces like restaurants, commercial kitchens and laundry facilities. The pump can handle, for short periods (max 5 min.) water temperatures up to 90°C.

SANIFLO Case: the restaurant is located in a shopping center and needs to pump away hot condensation water from the oven but has no nearby gravity sewer. The solution was to install the SANICOM 1 floor standing pump station which pumps the wastewater to the nearest sewer and the restaurant does not need to change the location of its kitchen equipment, see an example here.

The Sanicom 1 has two inlets and pumps to 32 mm pipes. The pump is equipped with a powerful 750W motor with sturdy cooling fins for tough conditions (should not be built in!). The automatic level switch starts and stops the pump automatically.

It is possible to connect an external alarm.
