Leisure toilet Separett Villa

Separett Villa is a urine-sorting toilet for cabins without access to electricity. The fan (2.5 W, 210 mA) has very low energy consumption and is therefore suitable for battery or solar cell operation. With battery operation (12 V, 100 Ah), the operating time of the fan is about two weeks.
Separett Villa is a urine-diverting toilet that, with its simplicity and unlimited capacity, gives you carefree ownership.
Villa has no room temperature requirement, but works equally well in hot and cold spaces. With its unlimited capacity, it works equally well in continuous and alternating use. It is therefore suitable for both leisure and permanent living.
Thanks to urine separation, both the odor and the volume of waste to be disposed of are reduced. Over the last ten years, the toilet has been developed and refined to achieve a very high level of reliability and user-friendliness. In design, quality and convenience, it is equivalent to a standard water toilet.
How Separett Villa works
Urine separation builds a “closed loop” system, keeping urine and solid waste separate and disposing of them separately. As a result, both the volume and unpleasant odors are reduced by up to 80%. The urine is directed to a collection container for later treatment or to an ejector tank that automatically mixes 1 part urine with 8 parts water when it is time to empty. This way, the urine can be collected and returned to the soil as ‘gold water’ – the garden has never been greener! When using the ejector tank, you will never come into ‘contact’ with the urine and will not have to transport or carry it. Just connect the garden hose and water.
The solid waste is collected in an inner container, which you line with a latrine bag to avoid messy and heavy cleaning. When it is time to empty the container, you put a lid on it (included with the product) and carry it to final storage. In a Roslagskomposten you can empty both the waste and the compostable latrine bag. After about a year, you will have a fine and nutritious mulch that you can return to the plant kingdom.
If you do not use a latrine compost, the container should be left to ‘hibernate’ for at least six months. This is to minimize the risk of certain bacteria getting into the forest and soil. Fill the container with a layer of soil (approx. 2 cm) and leave the lid ajar during hibernation. After six months, the waste can be returned to the forest and soil as fertilizer.
