Antifreeze (2×5 liters)
If your water purifier is stored in a cold place during the winter, freezing liquid must be introduced before frost. The system should also be pumped empty of water according to the operating instructions.
ATTENTION! Use only the original version of the winterizing liquid. It is non-toxic and food grade.
Under no circumstances should you use such a liquid for cars! It is highly toxic and poses a serious risk of poisoning.
PUTING DIFFERENT WATER INTO THE UNIT
Drain the unit of water as described above 1. Attach the service hose supplied with the unit to the hose spindle on the right side of the filter canister.
Lower the other end of the hose into the fluid reservoir/container.
NOTE: Make sure the hose and fluid reservoir are clean. Debris can get caught in the high pressure pump in the unit and cause damage.
Press and hold the black button and the high pressure pump will start and begin to draw fluid from the reservoir.
When a sufficient amount of liquid (see information box on the right) has left the container, lift your finger from the button.
Note! The pump runs as long as you keep the button pressed
NERO-Stuga – Minimum 5 liters
NERO-Hemma – Minimum 10 liters
NERO-Villa – Minimum 10 liters
Leave the filter cans loose. Leave the drain tap open and disconnect the hoses from the unit Wait until the next season of use.
Start up the appliance normally in spring (attach the disconnected hoses and new pre-filter)-
NOTE! IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP
THE APPLIANCE IN A WARM PLACE LONG ENOUGH TO ENSURE THAT THE APPLIANCE IS COMPLETELY FREE OF ICE.
