AC villa pumping stations are available in different heights and can easily be cut to the desired height.

• AC villa 175 can be adjusted from 145 to 175cm
• AC villa 245 can be adjusted from 175 to 245cm
• AC villa 345 can be adjusted from 245 to 345cm

The well is made of 600mm very strong and durable double-walled plastic pipe that is well tested. We have never had a complaint so far.

Lock:
The telescopic cover both simplifies maintenance and gives a neater finish to the well.
The telescopic function makes it possible to press the cover when the ground settles, so that the cover is level with the adjacent surface.
Easy to mow with the lawnmower over the cover.

The telescopic lid consists of a telescopic part, lid with flat gasket. The lid has a simple and secure lock with two Allen screws.

Telescopic height is 380 mm (i.e. the well can be raised +380 mm from the height of the well.

The lid can withstand a load of 1.5 tons (load class A15 )

Connections

By default, the outlet is mounted in the well.
The inlet and cable entry are unbored as each installation requires its own unique heights.
All penetrations are included.

• Outlet: R50 (2″) female thread – Hose connector for 50mm hose included.
• Inlet: 110mm (undrilled as standard because it is almost always the wrong height, drilled with 138 mm hole saw)
• Cable gland 50mm (drilled with 76mm)

Quality pump
The WQ 50 INOX 1500 pumps have been designed to minimize the risk of clogging caused by large fractions up to 50 mm in diameter of organic materials in the pumped medium.

The pumps have an open impeller of the “vortex” type, which is very often used in sewage and industrial pumps.

This type of impeller is in contact with only a small part of the medium being transported, reducing the risk of clogging and wear.

The use of a vortex impeller allows a large free passage of impurities through the impeller chamber of the pump.
The unique design of the impeller allows even impurities with a diameter almost equal to the diameter of the pump suction inlet 50mm to flow freely through the impeller chamber.

This solution is ideal for industry and agriculture, for pumping biological wastewater, sludge and liquids containing organic solids.
