BioDisc® mini sewage treatment plant is environmentally friendly, efficient, reliable for your sewage needs for both houses and summer cottages.

Third party tested and CE marked according to EN 12566-3.

BioDisc® uses biorotor technology, flow-proportional dosing of flocculants and return sludge pumping in the process.

Function

Primary sedimentation tank
The wastewater is transported to the primary sedimentation tank where solid material is settled and retained for later disposal.

First stage biological treatment
Liquid and smaller solids then flow to the first biological treatment zone.

Second stage biological treatment
The liquid is then fed forward at a controlled rate to the biological treatment zone for further treatment.

Final sedimentation tank
The clean liquid passes into the final sedimentation tank from which it can be discharged into groundwater or watercourses A pump returns sludge and
nitrate.
