About the installation of indoor wastewater systems

Pipe and fittings are available in dimensions 32 in white and gray color and 50, 75 and 110 mm in gray color. Pipe lengths up to 3 meters are supplied with a sleeve (110, 6 meters) and there are also 3 and 6 meter lengths without
sleeve.

There should be between 1-2 cm fall per meter and if the fall needs to be increased, it should be taken in steps to ensure that the water does not run off the paper. With vertical falls, it goes just as fast, hence the steps.

Fixing the sewer system
It is necessary to fix the sewer system to hold, guide and support the movement of the pipe during length expansion. A fixed pipe support holds the pipe to the structure so that it cannot be displaced.
A movable pipe support guides the pipe during its movement towards the socket, where the movement is taken up. Pipes and fittings must be fitted with fixed pipe supports placed immediately adjacent to or around the base of the joint.

Suspension spacing
When suspending horizontal PP pipes, care must be taken to ensure that the distance between supports is not too great. An undesirable deflection of the pipe between
the supports may occur if the pipe is filled with water. The expected deflection is 10 mm over 50 years.

Pipe cutting
Applies to both vertical and horizontal pipelines.
Pipes and fittings are supplied with factory-fitted sealing rings according to EN 681-1. If the wastewater contains oil, or if the sealing ring may be exposed to chemicals, it can be replaced with an oil-resistant sealing ring according to SS-EN 681-1
The PP material must not be glued.
