Pipe fittings for jet systems

Below we have a range of products that may be needed for an installation.

VOD vacuum side, transport pockets
In plants where the slope cannot be guaranteed, transport pockets must be installed if the horizontal length exceeds 6 meters. This is required to convert the wastewater into sludge, control the vacuum flow and help prevent backflow.

The transport pocket (pressure side after the pump) allows the transport of wastewater to a higher drainage point. At the same time, the transport pocket prevents a backflow to the pump and suction side.

One-way air valve (pressure side after the pump) must be used if the pipe leading to the tank has a slope or drop.

Non-return valves for VOD/VIP installations
It may be necessary to fit a non-return valve to achieve the delivery capacity of the installed pump and prevent backflow or bubbling in the wastewater source
