Size well
AC villa pumping stations are available in different heights and can easily be cut to the desired height.

• AC villa 175 can be adjusted from 145 to 175cm
• AC villa 245 can be adjusted from 175 to 245cm
• AC villa 345 can be adjusted from 245 to 345cm

Diameter inside: 600mm, diameter outside: 700mm

The well is made of 600mm very strong and durable double-walled plastic pipe that is well tested. We have never had a complaint so far.

Lid:
The telescopic lid both simplifies maintenance and gives a neater finish to the well.
The telescopic function makes it possible to press the lid when the ground settles, so that the lid is level with the adjacent surface.
Easy to mow with the lawnmower over the lid.

The telescopic lid consists of a telescopic part, lid with flat gasket. The lid has a simple and secure lock with two Allen screws.

Telescopic height is 380 mm (i.e. the well can be raised +380 mm from the height of the well.

The lid can withstand a load of 1.5 tons (load class A15 )

Connections

By default, the outlet is mounted in the well.
The inlet and cable entry are unbored as each installation requires its own unique heights.
All penetrations are included.

• Outlet: R50 (2″) female thread – Hose connector for 50mm hose included.
• Inlet: 110mm (undrilled as standard because it is almost always the wrong height, drilled with 138 mm hole saw)
• Cable gland 50mm (drilled with 76mm)

The construction of the WQ 1100F pump is made of stainless steel and cast iron.

The WQ 1100F pump runs automatically. The built-in level rocker starts or stops the pump.
The water level at which the pump starts and stops can be adjusted by shortening or lengthening the cable to the float rocker.

Despite the high engine power, the pump generates little noise and does not consume large amounts of electricity.
It is very efficient. It pumps up to 430 liters of water per minute and lifts the liquid to a height of 12 meters

The WQ 1100F pump is equipped with a power cable with motor protection and a plug with a length of 5.3 meters.

Motor protection included
We always recommend using the included overload protection to protect the pump motor.
One of the most common causes is blockage of the impeller which almost always ends up destroying the motor.
This protection should be installed in a dry place, not necessarily inside the building, but it cannot be exposed to moisture.
You can always disconnect the overload protection from the cable, extend the cable or install the overload protection in another safe place.

Pump volumes
It is easy to change the pump volume from 62 to 113 liters by adjusting the length of the cable on the rocker.

Recommended PEM hose size is at least 50 mm
