ACO PROCURATE T5-3 LEVEL ALARM, SLUDGE DUST ALARM

Alarm for grease and oil separator with three sensors for level, ponding and sludge.

Procurat is an EX-classified grease and oil separator alarm consisting of an electronic unit to which 3 independent sensors can be connected to alarm 3 separate alarm points.
The electronic unit is intended to be mounted directly on the wall and is equipped with an enclosure
IP65. It must not be installed in potentially explosive atmospheres.

– Layer sensor ES4 of the capacitive type to alarm when the layer of oil/grease exceeds the alarm value
– Sludge sensor ES8 with ultrasound to alarm when sand/particles in the separator exceed a predetermined level
– Dam sensor R6-S of the thermistor type for indication of elevated level.
– Central unit in intrinsically safe design and sensors EX-approved for installation and use in areas where there is a risk of explosion. The unit also has 2 potential-free relay outputs
(R1 and R2) that can be connected to external alarms or external monitoring.
These are individually programmable.

On the electronic unit there is a display for alarm texts, a reset button and navigation keys to navigate the display.
