BioTank consists of two tanks, a sludge separator that also functions as a sludge reservoir and the bio-tank, which contains automatic treatment equipment and bioModules for biological treatment. The purification process is controlled by a sensor in the bioTank that is connected to the automatic cabinet. Dosing of flocculants is flow-proportional and fully automatic. Water and sludge are automatically recirculated back to the sludge separator where the sludge is stored.

Environmental protection
The low emission values are achieved through a well-proven technology together with our patented sludge separator. By adding phosphorus binding agents in a flow-proportional manner
combined with effective biological treatment, we achieve the best results on the market, including 97% phosphorus reduction and a water quality equivalent to good bathing water quality. All in all, an environmental protection that will make you sleep well at night.

Health protection
BioTank has a natural infection control and a very low emission of bacteria, which are naturally present in the incoming wastewater. Our patented sedimentation technology provides extremely low emission values of susp. and particles.

Operating cost and total economy
BAGA bioTank is cheap to run. BAGA bioTank has a large sludge tank, which means that you normally only need to empty the sludge once or twice a year, which keeps the plant’s operating costs down. The cost of phosphorus reduction is proportional to the load. If you are not at home, you have no consumption either. The electricity cost per month is approx. 60 SEK for BAGA BioTank.
