Application

Description
The level rocker consists of a float and a weight.
The weight is adjustable, to get the desired distance between on and off. Inside the float a microswitch is placed.

As the liquid level rises, the weight hangs on and the float rises. A ball then falls against the microswitch which gives a signal.

The gold-plated contact surfaces of the microswitch provide a reliable signal even at low operating voltage and guarantee a long service life

The level rocker is suitable for BAGA automatic cabinets or other applications.

The rocker is used to accurately monitor high (normally open) or low (normally closed) liquid levels to activate pump control panels and alarms in water and wastewater applications.

Control differential of 4 cm above or below horizontal level

SPDT = three conductor cable with double level, can also be used with one level.

Normally open models (high level): The control switch turns on (closes) when the float tips slightly above horizontal signaling a high level and turns off (opens) when the float drops slightly below horizontal.

Normally closed models (low levels): The control switch turns on (closes) when the float tips slightly below horizontal, signaling a low level, and turns off (opens) when the float tips slightly above horizontal.
