CUTTING KIT ISOLATED PIPE 32+40mm

Used when splicing Extena insulated pipes.

Material specification
The media tube is made of PE (polyethylene) and is
approved for food contact.

Insulation: The pipe is insulated with high quality flexible
closed cell insulation. The base material of the insulation is PE and has the same environmental properties as the rest of the pipe.

The lambda value of the insulation is W/mK = 0.043 and since the cells of the insulation are closed, the insulation maintains its insulation value without risk of water absorption.

Outer sheath:
The outer sheath is also produced in PE (polyethylene),
but with a lower density, which makes the sheath more flexible.

Quality
The media tube is produced in accordance with EN 12201-2. It is tested and approved in accordance with Insta-Cert and Nordic Polymark.

Environment
Polyethylene is 100% recyclable. The material can be regranulated and reused in the production of pipes.
