The KS1100/PA is a portable, single-stage, self-priming “jet” pump specially designed for pumping seawater. Equipped with a waterproof rocker switch, for operator convenience, handle and large stand, for portability and stability.

316 stainless steel is widely used in marine applications, but its corrosion resistance in contact with seawater is limited, so it cannot be considered ‘corrosion resistant’.

Corrosion risks increase with the effects of chloride concentrations, evaporation, temperature, aeration, etc, (individually or together); therefore, the warranty period for these models is related to the mechanical operation and may not cover all seawater conditions.

A pump that usually can handle light salt water such as the Stockholm archipelago for a few years.
Be sure to rinse it with fresh water when shutting down.
