Our high-performance Flygt DXG chopper pump can be used for most types of sewer – for individual households and lightly pressurized sewer systems (LTAs). It takes a lot for any solid material to slip through, the hardened stainless steel cutting wheel grinds everything up and makes sure nothing that could cause a blockage in the pipes passes through.
The Flygt DXG can be installed free-standing in a manhole if fitted with a 90° outlet elbow, but the best option is usually to install it in a pumping station.
