Isiflo 100 Heat pump coupling straight 40×28 with support sleeve, all-pipe coupling clamping ring x clamping ring in zinc plating resistant brass

Applications:
ISIFLO brass couplings provide a tight and tensile connection that can be used for:
– PE 32, PE 50, PE 80, PE 100 according to NS 3622
– PVC according to NS 3621
– Copper pipes 5/8″, 1″, 1.1/4″, 1.1/2″, 1.5/8″,
1.3/4″ and 2″ according to NS 824 for cold water
– Copper pipes 28, 35, 42, and 54 mm according to NS 1758
– Steel pipes 1/2″ to 2″ according to NS 5587 NOTE! APPLIES
ONLY FOR TYPE 142
– On Pex pipes, support sleeve must be used.

Materials:
– The brass couplings are from 16 mm to 63 mm and are
made of dezincification resistant brass
– Straight couplings type 110, 75 and 90 mm are also supplied in
dezincification resistant brass
– The O-ring is made of nitrile rubber (NBR)
– The bolt is made of stainless steel A4

Applications:
Tap water, cooling sewage and gas.
– Cold water up to 40˚C
– Gas, using support sleeve.

Operating pressure:
– Water supply up to 16 bar
– Gas up to 10 bar
(with support sleeve type 180)
– Air up to 10 bar

Miscellaneous:
– Tolerates diesel, gasoline and ethanol glycol.

ISIFLO brass couplings are tested and approved for use on water pipes PE 50, PE80 and PE100, PN6 and PN10 without internal support sleeve.
For thinner PE pipes SDR 17,6 PN 6 collector pipes for
heat pumps, internal support sleeve must be used.
When using ISIFLO on gas pipes SDR 11, PN 10, PE 80, SDR 17, PN 10, PE 100, internal support sleeve must be used.
NOTE! Avoid joining of ductile iron and brass due to risk of corrosion.
