NivåPRO ESPS
level control system can be installed in any pumping station.
The unit sends signals for start, stop and high level. No more worries about moving rockers that can get
tangled and stop working, resulting in breakdowns and costly repairs.

ESPS comes
pre-programmed on delivery – no need to set start, stop and alarm levels.

ESPS is also suitable for installation in narrow wells where the use of loose level switches is not normally recommended.

ESPS has potential-free digital contacts and can be used with most control panels available on the market today.

SINGLE PUMP STATION
In a single pump station, the ESPS-100 is used to start and stop the pump and for the high level signal.

DOUBLE PUMP STATION
In a double pump station, the ESPS-100 is only used to start and stop the pump and an extra rocker is installed to give a high level signal.

INSTALLATION OF THE LEVEL SENSOR IN THE PUMP SINK
Hang the level sensor in the cable clamp, which is located at the top of the pump station opening.
Adjust the cable length until the bottom of the level sensor is level with the bottom of the pump and no higher than 50mm from the bottom of the well.

CARE
A LevelPRO ESPS is very durable and virtually maintenance free.
It only needs to be checked occasionally to ensure its continued operation.

– We recommend that the level sensor is cleaned from time to time, and especially if grease covers the plastic surface.
– At the same time, carry out a visual inspection of the rocker to ensure that there are no signs of damage to the cable, protective sleeve or plastic cover.
– A damaged rocker cannot be repaired in any way, due to the hermetic encapsulation.

If the device is damaged, it should be replaced with a new one.
