The magnetic manhole cover opener is very easy to work with and lifts most covers as well as storm drains. Sometimes the lids have the ability to get stuck and become heavy to lift. Therefore, we have developed a breaking function on our manhole cover opener where you get extra power with the help of a lever.

As always when using a magnet, it is important to keep the magnet free of dirt as it leads to a reduced grip of the magnet against the surface you lift. Therefore, we deliver our manhole cover lifter for this model with a protective cover / storage cover that prevents dirt on the equipment. This protective cover is also suitable for storage.

Our super strong magnet has a lifting capacity of 300 kg, which makes it possible to open all manhole covers and other covers. Thanks to the fact that the magnet is square, it creates a good lifting force for, for example, stormwater wells. The square magnet also reduces the risk of the manhole cover wobbling in the lift, which can occur during heavy lifting.
