MOUNTING
The sensor can be installed on any type of container, tank or collector of various materials.
Mount the ultrasonic sensor part in the appropriate connector or holder on top of the tank.
The transmitter is installed nearby, in a suitable location to ensure maximum range.
The design with a separate transmitter allows use in underground tanks – the sensor is installed inside the underground tank, while the transmitter is installed above ground for longer range.

OPERATION
An ultrasonic sensor at the top of the tank measures the distance to the surface of the liquid
using ultrasound and sends this information to the receiver via a wireless connection.
In ultrasonic measurement, the sensor has no contact with the surface of the liquid and has no moving parts, therefore cleaning and maintenance of the transducer is not required as with other alarms and meters.
Each sensor has its own address, so that interference between individual sensors is not possible.
