Sludge suction line & quick couplings

Suction line
The connection point from the truck’s parking place must not exceed 10 meters, (3 inch) suction line must have standard couplings, female coupling at the truck, male coupling at the plant plus a working hose at the plant that reaches down to the bottom of the plant) suction hose must be long enough to reach the bottom of the plant.

This means that you as a property owner must install a fixed hose in the ground or loose hose to put up on the ground when they come for emptying.

It is not possible to bury gray 75mm indoor sewer pipes that are too small for these forces, you should not use 110mm soil pipes as it is too large a diameter and will be a problem when sucking.

If you choose a fixed suction line, you must place an extra piece of hose at the plant that the sludge remover connects to the suction line. The extra suction hose must then be fitted with a male and a female coupling at each end.

The hose that you lay should only serve as a splicing hose the vacuum cleaner carries with him a short hose of a few meters to suck out of the tank that he connects to the splicing hose.

Extension hose for sludge suction to lie on the ground, the idea with this is that you put it out when you know that there will be sludge emptying and then remove it.
