BioKube provides a 20-year functional guarantee when signing a service contract.
BioKube Pluto is a small treatment plant intended for wastewater treatment in areas where a normal level of protection is required.
A Pluto is installed after a sludge separator.
Smart installation as the inlet is low at the bottom 1077mm below ground and the outlet is high 300mm below ground surface, ie you gain 777mm in height.
A BioKube Pluto is installed after a 2 m3 sludge separator
-For normal protection level (for high protection level choose Venus instead)
-Pluto is very small
-Easy and quick to install
-100cm wide and 160cm high
Takes up little space compared to many other products on the market.
All electrical components in a Pluto plant such as compressor, backwashing and phosphorus dosing are controlled by the built-in control unit.
The control unit is placed in a space that is completely shielded against water and dust ingress.
A Pluto is powered by a 230 volt, grounded power supply (1-phase). The maximum load is 2.5 amps.
Height 1 600 mm
Diameter 1 000 mm
Weight 180kg
Weight with water (kg) 1000
Power consumption (kwh/year) 350
Volume inner buffer tank 40 liters
Tank material PP
Pipe material PVC
Outlet / Return water return pipe (mm) 110/110
Design capacity 150-200 L/day, per. PE
Design capacity, PE * (Normal protection level) 5
About the technology – some advantages of the BioCube purification process:
Biofilm technology – a treatment technique very well adapted for small-scale wastewater treatment. Decomposing bacteria grow on a bed of filter material and form a so-called biofilm. This is very durable, adapts to the amount of wastewater and cannot be “washed out” of the mini-treatment plant.
Even if no water is supplied for six months, the plant still works. Built in as standard is the BioKube leisure certification, which makes this possible.
The system consumes only 350 kWh/year and, with Biokube FamilyMatch, it can go as low as 220 kWh/year if the household consists of fewer people.
-Continuous treatment process: there is always water left in the tanks at a normal level and this is in motion between all treatment stages, even when no wastewater is added. In this way, the BioCube is kept “start-up ready” to a large extent with regard to the biological treatment. This avoids longer start-up periods with poorer treatment results.
Very high treatment rates in a relatively compact mini-treatment plant, as the existing volume of the previous, separate sludge separator is used for sludge return (sludge storage) and nitrogen purification.
Equipment:
– Filter bed (biofilter)
– Air pump and aerator
– Chemical dosing pump
– Inlet pump
– Control and alarm unit etc.
Burial depth: approx. 140 cm
Other: CE marked and type approved
Precipitation chemical PAX 21 is used. not included in delivery
Treatment efficiency
Normal protection level not suitable for sites with high phosphorus requirements
Organic matter (BOD7) > 90 %
Phosphorus (Total-P) > 70 %
Nitrogen (Total-N) < 50 %
