The NEO sludge separator is a highly efficient, CE-marked wastewater treatment system tested according to EN 12566-1.

NEO sludge separators can be ordered with tank volumes from 800 to 25,000 liters. The tanks are made of polyethylene. This environmentally friendly material is highly resistant to substances present in wastewater and is also lightweight.

The NEO sludge separator comes with a full 35-year warranty.

A 20cm neck and lid are included, buy a neck extension if needed.

The tank drain is equipped with a lamella filter that stops fine and suspended particles, increasing the life of the infiltration system.

The lamella filter makes the system both easy and safe to maintain. Thanks to its special design, the filter almost never gets clogged and is easy to clean.

How does a sludge separator work?

Our NEO sludge separators are used for mechanical cleaning (by sedimentation) or pre-treatment of wastewater from private homes. The tank outlet is equipped with a lamella filter that stops fine-grained and suspended particles. The water leaving the tank contains hardly any solid particles and can be further treated, e.g. by biofiltration. Alternatively, the water can be infiltrated directly into the ground (check first that this is allowed).

Therefore, the lamella filter is equipped with a water connection for backwashing and a device for internal cleaning.
