Be alerted when your separator is not working properly
ACO Procurat is an EX-classified separator alarm that consists of an electronic unit and sensors for alarms to three separate alarm points. The level sensor is a capacitive sensor that alarms when the oil/grease layer exceeds the alarm value. The sludge sensor uses ultrasound and alarms when sand and particles in the separator exceed the predetermined level. The dam sensor indicates the elevated level by means of a thermistor. The electronic unit itself has a display for alarm texts, a reset button and navigation keys for navigating the display. The unit is installed directly on the wall and is IP65 rated. It must not be installed in potentially explosive atmospheres.

Get help with the installation of your alarm
There are two different types of installation options. One for ground-mounted separators and one for indoor installed separators. On delivery, the alarm is mounted and programmed for the intended separator, which saves time during installation and ensures that the sensors are mounted at the correct height.
